A four tiered, moist dark chocolate cake with a choice of liqueur flavoured truffle filling. Decorated with white Belgian chocolate curls and finished with a cascade of hand made white, dark and milk Belgian chocolate roses.
The nominal tier sizes are: 12”, 10”, 8” and 6” (300mm, 250mm, 200mm and 150mm).
There are four shape options available: round (as per the photograph), oval, square or octagonal.
Recommended liqueurs include: Champagne, Quantro, Ameretti or Drambuie.
Alternatively, you may specify a sponge cake, light glace fruitcake or a white chocolate cake or, indeed, a mixture of the above to suit all tastes.
