A three-tiered fruit cake, decorated with sugarpaste or royal icing. The nominal tier sizes are: 12”, 10” and 6” (300mm, 250mm and 150mm).

Alternatively, you may specify a sponge cake or a chocolate sponge cake or, because each tier is separate, a mixture from the above to suit all tastes.

A model prince frog may be inserted between the tiers if required.
