A savoury alternative to the traditional Wedding Cake; stacked, decorated cheeses from a Yorkshire dairy. They can be served, as pictured, with a traditional Yorkshire fruit cake and a seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables.

Gourmet Hand Finished Cheeses

All of the cheeses are matured, waxed (NO SMELL) and finished by hand by a small craft dairy in the North Yorkshire Dales National Park (to the strains of classical music).

Wensleydale cheese, goat's cheese (smoked and blue), buffalo cheese and other traditional cheeses, including organic, are coated in a wax finish to keep them fresh and prevent smells.
