Dark chocolate ganache coating a 10”, 8” and 6” (250mm, 200mm and 150mm) cake. The 6" (150mm) deep sides of the top layer are decorated with maltesers and flowers to suit the bridal colours. Milk and white chocolate versions of this cake are also available.
