A four-tiered fruit cake, decorated with sugarpaste or royal icing. The nominal tier sizes are: 12”, 10”, 8” and 6” (300mm, 250mm, 200mm and 150mm).
Alternatively, you may specify a sponge cake or a chocolate sponge cake or, because each tier is separate, a mixture of both to suit all tastes.
Please note: The sugar flowers on this cake are for decoration purposes only and are inedible.
